After studying graphic design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, I moved to the southwest. (Why? Because I had experienced its beauty on a family vacation.) In Phoenix, I studied under the most influential person in my painting career, Ina May Moore. A wonderful watercolorist and teacher who had been painting and inspiring other artists for over 50 years. Off and on for a decade I soaked up all her techniques, tricks, compositional ideas and most important her passion for creating art. Ten years ago, I left my corporate job as a graphic designer to follow my heart. My life and work consists of painting, teaching and practicing yoga, helping companies with their graphic and web design needs and just enjoying life! Many Blessing to You!
